We know a lot of you are choosing not to vote on primary election day in Wisconsin. But we want to know why. Are you just disappointed in the choices? Are you making a statement by not voting? Do you just not care which way the vote goes? Maybe you just don't have the time?

We're sure there's a reason -- share it with everyone! BLOG IT!

I decided to vote afterall.
Although, because of his own "giving up", I didn't vote for Ron Paul.
I did research and decided who matched my views the closest.
Technically, most of those candidate match sites matched me up with John Edwards, but since he's out of the picture, I had to choose the next closest.
Maybe John will be asked to be V.P. again.

WOO Katbird you did it!!!!

I too voted this morning and came to my decision the same way you did.

And I also am hoping for Edwards as Vice President.

I do not understand those who "make a statement" by not voting. It makes as much sence as only voting for someone based on their political party and not their actions.

As for not voting -- in the 2004 presidential election, I was so disappointed in both candidates that I thought seriously about writing in "Donald Duck" for President.

Then a conversation with my father changed my mind. His point: one of these two was going to be the next president. If I wrote in "Donald Duck" or voted for some almost unknown 3rd party candidate, I would be giving up my opportunity to have a part in deciding which of the two would be the next pres. So I voted for one of them in 2004 and I voted in the primary yesterday.

But I may vote for a different candidate come Nov.

I actually missed out voting. I wanted to go vote. I couldn't go because I didn't know of any places in my area that were doing it.
