It has been too long since I been here and I thought it would be time for me do some blogging.

The last few weeks I have been busy with my photography. And recently I showed some of my work to a fellow photographer and she told me That I need to start an inspirational greeting card business.

It kind of floored me but in a good way. I have never expected anyone tell me that I need to start a business, I guess my work is getting better.

I am hoping and praying that things will start to fall in place as I persue this career path.

It has been 4 weeks since the Picher, Oklahoma Twister, and yesterday was my first time going and seeing the town after that horrible day.

My heart just sank when my friend and I arrived in town, and as we started driving through streets and avenues, the mood was totally unreal.  It was like a person just died, and their spirit left.  That's how it felt in the town of Picher.  The pictures that was shown on national news does not Begin how it really looks.  You have to experience it for yourself what the atmosphere is.

Many of the townspeople just left their personal belongings behind and just went and started their lives all over again.

My thoughts and prayers are with the town of Picher, and Please pray for the town as well. The people have a long way to recovery.

Farewell, Picher, Farewell.

Tonight as I came home from a memorial service for a friend, The town of Picher, Oklahoma was wiped out by a tornado.  Picher has been in the process of a buyout due to lead poisoning from the mines in the area.

Well, it was the last straw for the townspeople of Picher.  A tornado touched down around 5 pm and about 3/4 of the town was destroyed and 6 people confirmed dead.  I could not believe how that same storm missed the town of Miami, and how fortunate I am to be safe and sound.

Please pray for the people of Picher and for the families that lost loved ones in this terrible storm.  I am still in shock over the severity of the damage to this small town.
