I am a sports fan. I love sports. I was watching the B's play the Flyers this afternoon when I saw a vicious check from Jones of the Flyers level Bergeron into the boards and left him unconscience and not moving.

I was sick to my stomach. I am too young to remember Teddy Green getting hit over the head with a stick from the St. Louis Blues player or Tony C. getting beaned. But I know how anyone watching must have felt.

Bergeron is a promising young player for the Bruins.

I hope he is going to be o.k. Everyone say a little prayer tonight for him.
