This weekend, one of my co-workers had to go home with a nasty stomach ache and unsociable bodily functions, shall we say.  Jokingly I asked if he had eaten at McDonalds.  He stated that he had.

My better half recently stopped at McDonalds to grab a Big Mac one night and we were up for several hours that night while he was uh.....getting rid of the offending food in the uh.....facility.

I was at work when I took a phone call from another employee who stated that he would not be able to get to work because he  was ill with stomach churning, and, again, those unsociable bodily functions.  You guessed it, he ate lunch at McDonalds.

Two of my co-workers were talking, one stating that she did not feel well, the other asking if she had eaten that day at McDonalds....guess what?  She stopped at McDonalds while on the way to work.

I am hearing frequent stories about McDonalds and people becoming sick

I have not been able to eat at McDonalds since the winter of 2006 because it seemed that I did not feel well after I ate there.  But I thought it was just me.

Do the state restaurant inspectors not inspect at McDonalds?

Do we have candidate here for a segment called something like "Dirty Dining"?

Has anyone else out there had any problems?

I saw that documentary. It was supposed to be a 30-day exeriment - and he couldn't even live on McD's for 30 days!

I do wonder what is really in McD's food!

I think the folks at my workplace have finally gotten the word that McD's is not a good place to eat.

I do like wendy's you can get a baked potato, salad, chili, for side's i personally wish wendy's would push McD's out,all the money they have made off the world and they offer us no real deal's,they put thier med fri's on the dollar menu, and the reduced it to small fri's (like they couldn't afford med) go to wendy's and see what you get for 1.00.good fast food.to me McD's is like something that come's out of a box.also did you ever wait in line 10 min before the end of breakfast,at 10:20 and get to the counter at 10:30 to get turned down for breakfast because at 10:31 was now lunch what a joke,to me 12:00 is lunch.i wanted breakfast, this is no secret to all the world but why doesn't McD's think about what we want.billion's and billion's sold, and thier price's go up^^^^^^^

McDonald's used to be a good deal. I remember when I was a kid we used to go to Madison and eat at McDonald's. The food was good back then. In the last two years, something has happened - seems like they've been adding warfarin to their food.

McD is not my kind of place pooping all over the place is not good :( Thanks for the warning.

P.s the school system is working our some problems and my son will be place in another 1st grade class. The teacher has alot of problem children in her class too much for anyone and she is lacking patience with her class. Maybe she should take an older class, she cares enough to stay almost everyday to prepare her lessons and they are tough too for first graders I think. I only wish her well I just don't think she is the right teacher for my son who unfortunately loves to talk and is social and with no time given to be social it is bound to slip out sometimes he is just little anyway thanks for stopping by :)

PackerGirl - glad things are working out for you and your son! First grade is important - it sort of gives you your background for the rest of your school years - it can inflence your attitute toward school for many years to come. I hope you and your son are happier from now on!

I would like to be able to say that I am a suburban dweller working 40 hours a week with an SUV and 2.2 children and I have spare time in which I golf. However, none of that is true. I would just LIKE to say that. So I did.
