Are we going into another recession?  This country is ridiculous.  With taxes going up, electric/gas going up, groceries going up, bus fares going up, etc...(you get the point).  Are we all going to end up living in cardboard boxes underneath the hoan bridge?  Probably!  Why should we have to pay more taxes to give to MPS?  Does anyone pay attention to their track record.  Obviously not.  This is making me sick to death.  I don't want to lose my home because of all this.  Do I have to work 3 jobs just to make ends meet?  Thanks for nothing Doyle.  I hope you are comfortable in your nice big house and don't have to worry about how your going to pay your next mortgage payment or feed your family.  You're having steak and lobster while the rest of us are having spam just because we can't afford your taxes here in Wisconsin.  People are going to start getting really pissed off about all this raising taxes and everything else and it's not going to turn out pretty.  I can pretty much guarantee you that.  We can only take so much of this BLEEP.  Everything is going up but the paychecks.  Is there enough welfare money out there to take care of us all when we lose our homes and can't afford to eat anymore?

nope, not enough welfare money and all the money I pay into social security, I probably will never see. Sometimes I think I should just get divorced and live off the state. I might be better off.

Look.......if you vote for a democrat ...they raise your taxes. I only know of one real Republican in the Milwaukee area and that's County Exec Scott Walker. He's fighting like hell to keep your taxes down. All others here are dems. That's gotta tell you something! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Yep we are all on the Titanic here in Milwaukee. I get exactly what you are saying Mrs Tracy! Honestly, I would rather sell my house (for damn near at cost) before I give MPS another dime and rent in West Allis where the school district is far more responsible with our children. It is sad but I would rather give up my 30+ in equity than give MPS her dime. I think I see a sign in front of my house in the very near future.

Oh - by the way - my child attends Luther Burbank School - that alone is even more incentive to get the heck out of here. You can’t compare equity to your child’s well being. That school has more problems than anyone wants to know about - and we could start with the staff themselves. But that is an entirely different blog - rather book.

I love to Golf (not very good, but working on it). I love animals. I have cats, a bird and a dog. I'm 40ish, but look 28 (ha ha). I love thrift stores and can spend 2 hours in a grocery store. Most people don't like to grocery shop, but I use coupons and check the isles for all the good deals.
