I am starting to get a little worried because vegetarian diets do not have the proper amino acid combinations for optimum performance.
Vegetarians do not
have certain amino acids in their diets, such as Lysine, which is
found in eggs and poultry products. A deficiency in even one
amino acid will cause a biochemical imbalance creating health problems,
and the amino acid(s) should be replaced for good physical and mental
health.
I went on a vegetarian diet for one week on a challenge from a vegan friend of mine...by the 3rd day I craved meat like a smoker craves nicotine. When the week was over I had sausage & eggs for breakfast , 2 dbl. cheeseburgers for lunch and a nice juicy steak for supper about 2 hours after dinner I lifted weights and that is the strongest I have ever felt in my life....the next day my muscle's were full and hard too...When people asked what I was on, I answered simply MEAT.
Prince is a big guy regardless of his new diet but If he continues this all season My money is on Braun hitting more Homers than Prince.
So for the Brewers sake I hope Prince eats a steak before opening day.
