Going Too Favre

For the past week or so all I have heard on local news stations is FAVRE FAVRE FAVRE.

I swear to God: if a dirty bomb was detonated in downtown Milwaukee that news would be preempted to make way for the latest on Brett Favre.

Ted Perry: "We have breaking news from downtown: an apparent terrorist attack has taken place near Wisconsin and Wells streets. Dozens of people have been killed or injured.

But more on that later. Let's go to Tom Pipines for the latest news on Brett Favre's trade to New York..."

Who gives a rat's a** about Favre anymore? Enough is enough!!!!!!!!!!

You could have left the middle three paragraphs out of this post and still made your point. =\

Personally I enjoy hearing the latest on Favre.

Rude and quite inapropriate for a family oriented public forum. Not too brilliant of a mind, writer, or human being as your profile description explains.

.....If you would have used Tom Pipines as an example, i would have found you more credible.

The fact of the matter is the local media has exhausted the Favre story ad nauseum. The universe does not revolve around Brett Favre, believe it or not.

As for your harsh jabs at me personally zoomie I don't appreciate it. All I did was offer an opinion, but for some odd reason you took it personally. Chill out brutha.

You made the mistake of daring to want to hear news about something other than Brett Favre. I am surprised they did not call for you to be burned at the stake for your heresy :)
