contact 6 special from last night

i was watching the contact 6 special that was on last night.  you guys had some very valid information that every consumer should be aware of.  case in point, a while back when i checked my yahoo e-mail, here i found that i had an e-mail from the canadian lottery.  i did not open that but i did delete it.  i am so glad you guys at contact 6 put that show together to spread awareness to us consumers, especially when it comes to scams, warranties, saving money, and other topics.  i would like to say thanks to all of you who put that show together.  great job and keep up the great work.

i would like to know how many of you bloggers saw that special last night @ 9:07.  did you find the contact 6 special very informative?  i would like to say that katrina does a great job with those segments, talking about giving us the facts straight to the point and goes into great detail.  it would be nice to see her help someone up here in the fond du lac county area.  thanks fox 6 for a job well done.

I missed out on that, but I get e:mail every day telling me that I have won some sort of lottery or need to help someone who has won get their money. If I had actually gotten the money out of it, I should be wealthier than Bill Gates.

i hope that when you get those lottery e-mails every single not to open them and just hit the delete button. like katrina said on the program on friday night is that those are scams and they can clean out every single account you have.

i am so thankful that katrina is there. at least she took over the job that tom hooper had for quite some time before he retired. anybody remember him and his work? i sure do. katrina gets down to the nitty gritty for when it comes to helping us viewers. she is a lot better than the guy on channel 4 at least.

I only remember commercials of Tom Hooper, but I also remember when Katrina started his job. That is probably because he retired about the time I started to be interested and pay attention to the news.

I also got a lottery thing over the yahoo sight. I put spam on it. it will hopefully not come back to me. Thanks Fox 6!!!!!!

i am glad that katrina did a contact 6 test on the special friday night. before then i would never see her do them on the news anymore. i wonder what is up with that/ but hey, give her some credit. she does a really good job with the consumer news. it's news we could use. keep up the great work, katrina!

The main thing to remember is if you aren't expecting money you shouldn't be receiving it.
There is no free lunch.
I just report all emails to spam when I don't know where it came from.
Never try to cash a check you weren't expecting. It will only come back and bite you in the butt.
Katrina is wonderful! Tom was too!

i am a registered blogger with myfoxmilwaukee.com and myfoxnewisconsin.com. i live in the eden area which is the campbellsport school district. i am a graduate of campbellsport high school class of 1998. i always watch fox6 news. i have cable from charter communications ouf of fond du lac. i sometimes watch WLUK fox11 out of green bay for news. i am a die hard badger fan, since i have 2 sisters who graduated from university of wisconsin madison. i have been a blogger since 2006. when it comes to news, i am very picky where i get my news from. that is why i watch fox6 news over the unreliable channels in milwaukee(meaning 4/12/58) what is nice about having cable from charter communications is this, you get all the green bay channels(excluding waupun and south) i know that this is a long one to read, but what the heck. happy blogging. i am a blogger who is also registered with a fox television station. the website i am talking about is www.myfoxmilwaukee.com. i have cable from charter communications in the fond du lac service area(excluding waupun and south) i am picky where i get my news from. i usually watch fox 6 news out of milwaukee. but if i have on fox 11, i would sometimes watch the news on that channel. i hope that you find this information interesting to read. may the lord bless all of you bloggers on this website and your families. i will split my time blogging between fox11online.com and myfoxmilwaukee.com. i have been a blogger on channel 6's website since 2006. glad to be part of the blogging team on myfoxnewisconsin.com
