Oh Brooke, you're up a creek!

The first time Brooke messed up her song on American Idol, it was sort of endearing... this week it was embarassing and I think too much of a mistake to keep her around.  It was weird, I guess she forgot the words, but she sang a few lines...stopped... then started over again. 

I have to say, for me, the clear favorite is David Cook.  David Archuletta is one heck of a singer... but he's like Melinda Doolittle a few year's back.. he's too nice and shy afterwards that he's annoying.  He's like, "Oh gosh, huh huh... oh gosh."  I'm like, "Oh gosh, you can sing, accept it!"  Let's move on!

Brook should of been kicked off. For the boy with the rope hair, He looks nasty. Jason I think his name is. I guess I am not all for the dreads. I hope that David Archuletta wins the Idol. I hope that Syeasha (how ever it's spelled). Is the second runner up. She realy did a nice job on stage Tuesday the 22nd of April. Well next week is Neal Dimond working with the kids. I love Neal Dimond's songs.

I'm for David Cook all the way. I love Syesha but I have a feeling she'll be off next. She'd be great on Broadway, that's for sure. David A. is just to dang "gooey" for me. Kinda reminds me of when Clay Aiken used to bat his eyelashes...Brook would be a great camp instructor for kids sitting around the fire with her guitar roasting marshmallows. I think Jason is gorgeous but not enough to make it to the top. How do you make those hair ropes anyway?? lolol

Okay, clearly America was voting with their hearts and not their ears this week... Are you kidding me? Carly is gone? She was probably the best vocalist in the competition. Not that she was my favorite, but seriously, Brooke was bad. Oh well, as long as David Cook wins, it's all good.

I agree. As long as David Lee Cook wins all is well. I can't believe, however, that Jason Castro is still in the competition. He makes Sanjaya sound like Josh Groban.

But didn't Carly have that huge scandal with that record deal in Ireland? How could she even stay on American Idol if she had already been "discovered?"

Awesome! Loved Neil Diamond week. I think one just cannot go wrong going to any costume party dressed as Neil Diamond, with the funky multi-collored bellbottoms and the three pound gold medallion he usually wears around his neck. Cool stuff. Thought the contestants did a nice job (outside of Jason Castro of course) with the music. No offense, but whoever is voting for Castro should be reminded that this is a singing competition. This is not "America's Next Top Male Model" Well, anyway, Brooke is finally paddling up a creek. Pardon the pun. Hopefully Jason will soon follow.
