NO. I have these conversations with my mother all the time. If you normally do not watch "The View" than what difference does it make to you whether she is on it or not?

If you would normally watch "The View" and stopped watching it because of her - then you can stand on your soap box.

I personally never watched "The View", until Rosie came on. After she is gone, I will probably only watch it when she is back for the specials.

Why did you change your photo?

Well, if you stopped watching it because of her, you can complain. (in my eyes) I just hate it when people complain to complain and - for example, they don't watch the show.

I never heard of it until Star Jones got fired... to be honest.

I used to like Rosie when she had her show but now I can't stand her. I am not sorry she's gotten the ax!!

I don't think she did. She didn't want a 3 year contract AND she will be coming back for specials.

She left due to a "contract dispute" wink-wink. Baba Wawa got sick of her stuff, and the specials are just to appease ABC.

Sorry, I do not believe a darn thing that comes out of her mouth. Whatever the reason, she is gone. She can Spin all she wants. If they truly wanted her to stay, and she said one year, an agreement would have been reached.

Mr. Murdoch has nothing to do with the View, so how could he have caused the pressure, as was quoted above?

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the trixy, survivor reject, shoe designer is an idiot. If they wanted to reach a higher IQ they'd lose that nappy air-headed... but she's perfect for their audience... simple pretty blonde and she scuks up to the party-line like a whitehouse press secretary. Perhaps thats why its your favorite program.

I'll admit Rosie could have maintained composure and been more effective dispelling the lunacy coming from that toe-head mouthpiece... but she didn't cuz thats her schtick... its what got her on the screen in the first place. But regardless of your opinion, its a sad day when another voice of free speech is silenced...

but I understand the market... folks like you don't want anything to get in the way of the opinion they're feeding you... specially not something like intellegent discourse. I know, you like to hear your truth in lowest common denominator verbage so you don't have to think. Another Ann Colture without the brain or the acid-tongue. Personally i thought a few of their debates were fun to watch cuz Lizzy only spouted stereotypical party-line responses and anytime Rosie side tracked her, she vapor-locked. But I'm being cruel. So welcome back to Disneyland where all your dreams come true. Hey, Ya got ta have Good Lovin' eh?... Enjoy the network programming!
