Well early in the day there was just a small thunder here and lighting there but around 6:00pm a microburst { a strong localized air current that hits the ground and spreads, causing wind to rapidly change direction and speed  }. It took down trees and power lines. When it was currying you couldn't even see outside it was like a white wall with leaves and branches. The microburst was strong enough to shake our house and lift a tree and roots out of the ground. We recently found out that it only hit only 2 city blocks in a straight line to the lake which made the lake decrease 5 ft here and increase on Michigan’s side then increase and extra 5ft here. They say it'll level out eventually. We were just in aw that all this happened in a matter of 15 mins. All we can do now is hope that thing will get fixed in time for the 4th of July. All this has happened in Racine, Wisconsin on the eastside near Racine counties down town area.
