Crew Trying To Stay Alive

Indeed that's what the Brewers need to do if they are ever to take this to a Game 4, if necessary.
If not, even though they have got as far as they did, thanks to the help of CC Sabathia, I believe The Crew and The Brew Crew Fans would think that going into the PostSeason was worth breaking the curse and making it through, rather than not to be in it all and continue a No PostSeason Streak.
So the question is, Are the Brewers going to blow it all, or are they toying with the Phillies and they have them right where they want them?
Rodgers Season Coming To An End?

I was on my way to Southridge and I was overhearing this guy and the bus driver talking about the Packers Game against the Buccaneers. They were talking about how Aaron Rodgers fell so hard and tore his Rotator in his shoulder, I do believe so.
Now, after listening in on the bus driver and the passenger, it has been brought to my attention as I was hearing their conversation (as loud as they were talking) that if Aaron Rodger's shoulder is a serious injury, it is the end of his season for him.
I don't know that for sure because I missed out on mostly all of the game. I just caught the highlights on the Blitz. If it does come to the end of an early season for him, I guess that sports poll about the Packers going 0-4 will be true after all--
--I mean all they have left is those two rookies Brian Brohm and Matt Flynn, but those two don't know how to lead in an entire 60 minute game for a little over 2 hours and a half and practically probably still learning most of the plays a QB should know.
Not only that, the guy and the bus driver was talking about how they should've kept Brett Favre and everything, because they knew and I bet some of you all knew that this was going to happen and so sudden early in the 4TH Week of football season.
Even if they didn't decide to keep Brett Favre, whether if it was going to be a distraction or not, they were going to need some kind of Veteran QB to help them get most of their wins if they were to go back to the playoffs. Looks like that won't be happening this season.
Just to clarify that up though, is there talk about Aaron Rodger's shoulder could put him out for the rest of the season?
I missed out on the entire Jets performance on how they played and how the game turned out. It was brought to my attention as my guy called me and told me that the Jets went all out as Brett Favre through 6 TD Passes in one game and literally destroyed the Arizona Cardinals.
The Packers lose another game as they choke up on some plays that could've lead them to their victory today in Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers. As if the Cowboys game wasn't bad enough, maybe they just weren't all that prepared for what was in store for them in today's game.
As for the Brew Crew, they have stayed alive in has moved on to advance in the Post-Season Games, but something tells me that just because they moved on doesn't mean they are clearly out of the woods just yet. Those Mets can possibly tie their record up with the Brewers once again if they win; however, if the Mets were to lose, the Brewers don't have to worry about playing a bonus game against the mets--which begs the question, if the New York Mets tie their record with the Brewers, who is going to get the home diamond turf advantage to officially advance all the way into the Post-Season?
Brewers Break The Curse?

Maybe haven't been watching the Brewers lately, but did I just hear correctly that the Brew Crew finally beat the Chicago Cubs last night?
When was the last time I have ever heard that before? Each time I hear about the Brewers playing against the Cubs, all I hear is "well, the Brewers lost another game last night against the Cubs giving up 7 runs in the late innings".
I haven't been watching the Brewers lately because my focus has been drawn toward the Favre and the Jets and Rodgers and the Packers and I'm also waiting for Basketball Exhibition to start up too.
I almost think that somehow everytime the Brewers play the Cubs it's almost like a curse how they lose at home and lose in Chicago and now they finally break the curse and beat Chicago in their own diamond turf.
Now I'm not saying the Cubs can't be beaten, because we all know as good as they are "they hardly ever lose to any other teams", and I'm also not saying that the Brewers can't beat them, which know they can; they just have to play like they played last nights game to move closer ahead in the wildcard spot for the MLB PostSeason.
The only thing I'm saying is that "I'm probably watching them at the wrong time" and I am not lying about that.
It seemed almost impossible that the Detroit Lions were never going to score at the beginning of the game.
The Green & Gold put up a major fight throughout the entire first half of the game leading by 12 at the half.
At the beginning of the 2ND Half, the words and watching the game head on seemed to good as the Lions made a strong comeback and led by one in the Third Quarter.
By then, in Fourth Quarter, the game changed once again in the Packers favor as two big interceptions came by Charles "C-Wood" Woodson who is still playing with that toe injury which didn't let that stop him along with and a third interception picked off by Nick Collins.
It does seem as if the Packers are lighting it up to no one elses expense. They've shut down the trash talk from the Vikings Team and put the Lions to sleep back in their cages at the Motor City Zoo where they belong.
The Packers are 2-0, the Vikings lose again. As for those Bears, let's just say that we won't go there.
I wonder if Jeremy Ross is taking Sunday's game in strive or destroying something with another hometown team losing to his new home state team.

I am one to admit, but maybe not the first that I didn't the Packers were going to win Monday Nights Game against the Vikings in Green Bay.
I have no problem rooting for the home team (even though I'm not from Green Bay), but there are times that when they choked up during the game especially way at the beginning of the game where they got three flags thrown against them, I felt that I knew it was going to be a wrap for them after seeing Mike McCarthy getting heated over the messed up plays and the flag calls on his men.
I really thought the Vikings was going to actually back their trash talk up for real (not to say I wanted them to win, but wanted to see if they were going to win), but somehow the Green and Gold manage to stay ahead of the game and go out with a victory in their season home opener game. The Vikings played very well for their first game. I actually thought it was coming down to the wire in the end.
I don't even want to ask the question, but I have to know from you...
Was it all skill or was it just luck?
