Less Bugs Now?

With the 80 degree temperatures we had a couple of weeks ago and now this snow storm, will we have less bugs this summer? 

My friends and I discussed having one last frost when the weather was nice to kill off some of the mosquitos.

see ever since i was little i liked it hot but the downfall was the bugs.
