Things look soggy and cool for Mom's Day. A low will move across Iowa into
Illinois and bring occasional rain starting late Saturday night and continuing into Sunday. Up to three quarters of an inch is possible. The heaviest rain will be near the state line. Breezy NE winds will make it feel even chillier with most areas seeing temperatures inthe 40's or near 50 degrees.
Monday and Tuesday looking to improve slightly.
