Hmmm........I must say i have to agree w/ you too,  100%

This is good for the city, Millions pumping into our local economy.

.......and  these bikes are pretty stunning at night w/ lights all over them, (awesome)

[On the other hand]......"I have seen Harley Riders who just don't know the area too well. Understandable. Be doubly aware of your surroundings on the roads. Furthermore,  some bikers signal to get off the highway......then suddenly swerve back in the slow lane.

MOST BIKERS ARE RESPONSIBLE RIDERS & SAFE RIDERS.

just like most auto drivers are responsible.

It's bad at night too.........for instance..... on the interstate, when i see obviously inebriated, confused Harley-Riders just plain intoxicated.

Not a Traffic Cop in sight,  ........the contradictions of LIFE.....always amuses me.

Oh Well......since this is a speeding-ticket grace period for ALL bikers....that means less tickets for US "metal box riders" too. I hope.

Still....this is just plain spectacular to see so many bikes, Hail to the sophisticated IRON HORSES.....run free! run free!

Be Safe!!!!!.......Please!

When in Rome, Do not do as the Romans do...

When in Capri, don't wander off the beach in a bikini. If you go to the sea in Eraclea, near Venice, remember that building sandcastles is forbidden. And don't even think about mowing your lawn at the weekend in Forte dei Marmi.

Emboldened by a nationwide crackdown on crime and a government decree giving them extra law-and-order powers, Italian mayors have issued a string of often bizarre by-laws to enhance "public decorum."

Public displays of affection in a car can earn you a fine of up to 500 euros ($745) in Eboli, feeding pigeons is off-limits in the centre of Lucca while in Novara groups of more than two people are forbidden from lounging around in parks at night.

Italian newspapers have dubbed this year's holiday season "the summer of bans." But this week one town hall was forced to acknowledge things may have gone too far.

Rodrigo Piccoli, 33, called national radio to protest after he was fined 50 euros for lying down in a park in the northern city of Vicenza to read a book. The mayor has since promised to drop the ban.

Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away Saturday morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital," his publicist, Danica Smith, said in a statement from Los Angeles.

She said no other details were available and asked that his family's privacy be respected.

The comedian suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body's organs, but had said the condition went into remission in 2005. He recently was hospitalized and treated for pneumonia, which his publicist said was not related to the disease.

The comedian drew critical and popular acclaim with his Fox television series "The Bernie Mac Show," which aired more than 100 episodes from 2001 to 2006.

The series about a man's adventures raising his sister's three children, won a Peabody Award in 2002. At the time, judges wrote they chose the sitcom for transcending "race and class while lifting viewers with laughter, compassion — and cool."

The show garnered Golden Globe and Emmy nominations for Mac.

"But television handcuffs you, man," he said in a 2001 Associated Press interview. "Now everyone telling me what I CAN'T do, what I CAN say, what I SHOULD do, and asking, `Are blacks gonna be mad at you? Are whites gonna accept you?'"

He also was nominated for a Grammy award for best comedy album in 2001 along with his "The Original Kings of Comedy" co-stars, Steve Harvey, D.L. Hughley and Cedric The Entertainer.
