So it's going to cost nearly $1 million to put in 2 cross overs in on highway 94 so the west bound drivers don't have to go 50 miles out of their way? That's what it should cost to raise the west bound road bed along this stretch of highway so it DOESN"T get flooded in the first place. What is wrong with this Frank Busalacci guy anyway? Why aren't contingency plans in place to deal with these types of problems BEFORE they occure, and why are we paying 3 times as much to have this done than it should actually cost?
What we have here is another OVER PAID incompetant.

Seems the reason the kid that attacked the bus driver last week was because he wasn't allowed to use his "fake" pass to ride. First off, he breaks the law by trying to get something for nothing. Then this miscreant attacks an "innocent" driver who had nothing to do with the first incident, and puts a number of other innocent people's lives in peril in the commission of his second offence.
Now I'm sure we all know all of this will result in a severe wrist slapping for this moron, but in the long run will he have learned "anything" from this, other than he isn't responsible for his actions because he's the product of a broken social system? Anyone taking bets on whether we will be hearing about this "misunderstood youth's" escapades in the future?
Way to go Liberals. Your agenda is working wonders for America's future

Well it is obvious that political corruption in Milwaukee is not so hot a topic as one might think. Then again these people in office ARE the people's choice as the ones most able to represent them, and representing them they are. It is clear that Milwaukeeans are as corrupt as those representing them, and they deserve the lousy conditions these "politicians " allow to come about. High taxes, murder, gangs, businesses leaving for better areas, etc. are all by products of bad Government, and Milwaukee's is as bad as it gets. Any time the people are as silent as Milwaukeeans have been about this, it is clear to the "politicians" that this is acceptable, and there is no need for change.
GOOD WORK MILWAUKEE, your ethics are clearly lacking. You are not so outraged as you would have us believe.

So the truth finally comes out. As reported in the Sunday, and Monday editions of the MJS, apparently a few Milwaukee County laws were "skirted" in order to provide county employees with some very valuable, yet undeserved benefits. Hummmmmm!!!!! Sounds like a clear cut case of FRAUD, MALFEASENCE, and THEFT has been perpetrated against the good people Milwaukee by some past, and present county officials. I would hope that now that there is a new D.A. in office, he might actually do the job that has been vacant for the most part of McScam's tenure, and prosecute those responsible for the Great Milwaukee Pension Theft, and make them repay Milwaukee for those benfits they have received, but didn't deserve. Both Ament, and Amerell should be charged with "theft while in office", and prosecuted.
How is it that Dave Schulz is elegible for retirement benefits when he hasn't been in Milwaukee, much less in it's Government for over ten years? Is this another perk we don't know about? Work for Milwaukee county for a couple of years, and your elegible for full benefits it takes those in the private sector 30 years or more to earn? No wonder Milwaukee is broke, the politicians are bigger thiefs than the thugs of the inner city

Has anyone noticed how Demoboy comes out of the woodwork to make comments that have no bearing on the thread subject? I'm sure we are all aware of his political leanings, but is it necessary for him to try to take over every thread rather than post his own? Come on Demoboy, if you have something to contribute to a thread please do, but please stop with the hijacking.

I made this statement in another thread, and was wondering what others might think.
It is a fact that Liberal mantra is indeed being foisted as part of certain curriculums on the young minds of students by their instructors. This brainwashing is disengenuous on the part of these so called educators as it does not allow for the student to formulate their own perception of truth, as the educator is perceived as not being biased, or allowed to teach their course laced with personal moral, or immoral leanings.
The truth is this happens all the time, and for someone to wonder if this is not the case here might be offensive, it certainly isn't wrong. Again, trying to browbeat someone for their questioning a Liberal's stance is only a tactic to shut them up. To question this is not offensive, or wrong because this could indeed be the case as your fellow educators do this on a regular basis.
I could be wrong, but it is my belief that this is true.

So people are you going to make a statement, or sit on your hands and continue to allow the corporate/political elite to abuse the trust we’ve placed in them? As I’ve made clear previously, I have nothing but contempt for our greedy self-serving politicians, and those who sit and whine about the state of affairs we now find ourselves in, but who refuse to take part in any real actions that will send a message. I call on all of you to stop with the half measures, and take appropriate action against the power structure that is stealing your hard earned dollars. NOW is the time to make your voice heard, so if you REALLY have had enough of this theft, and gouging I implore you to dedicate a day, or how ever long it takes to get these political hacks to finally understand that there is only so much BS anyone should have to put up with. Therefore I call on all Americans to join with me in a NATIONAL DAY OF PROTEST where no one goes to work, or shopping, and start denying the Government, and companies of our labor, and dollars. You want to see some action? It’s going to take all of us to insist they take our concerns seriously.

Just got back from South Carolina where gas was $2.66 a gallon. Their roads are no worse than ours, and in some cases are a lot better. There wasn't unending construction going on, so there weren't a bunch of people standing around leaning on shovles at $25.00 to $35.00 bucks an hour either.
We're closing in on $4.00 a gallon, and the road builders love it. There is nothing like job security. Thank you Governor Dill Doyle for a job lousily done. Why not get some thug from Milwaukee to plan your next round of tax theft? At least we're used to their ciminality.

So Wisconsin are we ready for the impending Tax, and "Fee" increases proposed by our illustrious Governor? We all know our politicians of both parties are incapable of voting against the legal theft of our money, and are just as incapable of spending it in a competent manner. Millions are squandered annually with no regard for the hard work of those who's money they are wasting, as they go about their daily routine of wondering what in the world they are supposed to be doing. They vote themselves extravagant perks and thumb their noses at us when we protest, excusing their incompetence with the old line of "we have the best services in the country", which in itself is a complete lie. It's time for the people of Wisconsin to demand our representatives do the jobs we elected them to do, and put a stop to their practice of only representing those who contribute to their campaign coffers, read: retirement funds.
People!!!! We are being ripped off. Get off your butts and help me demand it be stopped.
