Every Television station has an FCC license to transmit.When the entire Television industry is switched over to digital will the FCC revoke the analog licenses of all broadcasters?Will our hometown station stand firm and insist that both signal types be broadcast?America's population is about 300 million.We'll need millions of digital conversion boxes.What is the transmission range of digital?Will the box provide more channels and maybe even the Internet?Questions answered in Internet sites just might not be enough for some stations.This whole thing seems forced and not well thought out at all.Will most loose Television? Will radio soon follow suit?

With the drastic increase of cigarette prices instituted by Bill Clinton and now by our State's Governor I see warehouse scale stockpiling and hoarding.It will be like Prohibition all over again,with an invitation to street gangs and organized crime.Just because you want to smoke a cigarette you will be labeled a criminal in America.Remember that this is America where the freedom to be different is guaranteed.I demand fair pricing for tobacco products is not too much to ask of our Governor.Our Governor calling his State the ashtray of the Midwest doesn't radiate the pride that a Governor should have.Already the Latin Kings have a presence in our city.I say that we fight for this one.

We have a Governor that takes it upon himself to rid Wisconsin of cigarettes by taxing them to the tune of thousands of percent!This is Gestapo and I would not rule that out.By raising the price of a private sector's goods he has sent people into terror and will definitely raise the crime rate.Cigarette store robberies and an underground in cigarette sales are not too far off.A farm state Governor wants to make a farm product illegal says impeach him!

DIGITAL
I have in my lab an audio tape recorder.I record a beep tone five seconds into the tape.The tape transport has a rate of travel and the recording electronics has a method of imparting my beep to the magnetic tape.That beep exists in one place only and that's five seconds into the tape.Now I would like to record on to a magnetic medium without any moving parts what so ever!Well maybe some movement is needed here.If I could magnetically record pathways and caches I might have it.I could direct the signal to a chip leg with a magnetic voltage path but I would have to prepare the magnetic surface to receive my data.The magnetic material would have instructions imbedded in it and the chip would receive a clock pulse.The clock pulse is like the tape transport and the cache would be the locations for the primal data bits.I could glue some magnetic material to a substrate and then pass the assembledge past a recording head.The bit locations would be like little boxes for magnetic bits to exist or not exist.The cache would contain a file that tells the bits how to receive information.The chip's input takes all information and records it into the bit boxes,the boxes advance because the chip is being clocked.Bits only can exist in the boxes that the file has created.If I raised to frequency the file would produce even more bit boxes.The legs on the chip could go to control various devices.There is no other material in this chip other than the magnetic material.The file does it all.Balthor.

Remember cigarettes cost four dollars a pack and not twenty five cents a pack.The guy at the gas station says that they cost that much because of a Government tax.I do not think that the gas station can change the price of gas.That's all controlled by computers on the telephone lines.

In laboratory,on a lab bench,I have mounted a pistol on a stand.The pistol is facing a wall,a few meters away from the barrel's end,on which a vertical scale is affixed.When the pistol is fired the bullet will hit the scale.I determine the mass of the lead projectile.(Mass at rest in Earth's gravitational field) I then fire the pistol---BANG---BANG.The first bang is the powder in the bullet exploding;the second is the projectile hitting the scale.The powder exploding adds energy to the projectile and it propels towards the scale.You're seeing this experiment as Newton and I'm seeing it as Einstein.Einstein has energy turning into mass.When the projectile hit the scale our flight captain said that the mass definitely exponentially increased!This would be photons turning into particles with mass.The particle of mass in the atom is the electron,the nucleus is in the node.To be an electron the electron has to orbit in a shell.There isn't enough energy to hold these electrons in a shell so at the scale we detect cosmic rays.If we were to accelerate the projectile to the velocity of light the electrons would orbit in an electron shell.As a matter of fact all energy pouring into the atom would turn into electron at light speeds.At light speeds the entire atom is in a node--Balthor.
