For those that don' know, my name is Asher Heimermann from Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

As Americans, we dream of a President who is honest, personable, intelligent, and wise. We want a leader with courage and integrity who has known the struggles of an everyday American. A lot of people have stopped believing that may even be possible.

I haven't stopped believing. I support Senator Barack Obama because he is that leader. Join me in supporting Senator Obama by making a donation to my personal fundraising page. When I was a student in 8th Grade in early 2008, I had a goal of $2,500. By June, I had already reached that goal.

This campaign for the presidency is unparalleled in history. Our need for an honest, fresh-thinking leader could not be more urgent. Asherman is showing precisely WHY Barack Obama opted out of public campaign financing. He also is showing why protecting net neutrality and free speech is likely to be the most important fight of our lifetimes.

Here's a kid who's voice will be heard and through whom others who agree can encourage through sponsorship.

Thats democracy in action! Not the BS system of secret corporate sponsorship through phoney 521's like swiftboat... but through real public concern.

and as Barack said (to anyone not getting their views from talk radio-dose) once in office he hopes to fix election finance to make it fair and accessible to all.
